I am using a Keychron K13 Max for a while and then it startet ghost typing recently and I had no idea why. It occured with Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz connections. When I typed Keychron, the out put was something like Keyychlronn. It seems to be a common issue because a websearch via Kagi brought up many results.
What worked for me: Performing a firmware reset by pressing FN + J + Z for about 4 secondes. The backlight blinks red when the reset is done.
So far it works well. I hope it stays that way, otherwise a firmware reset might help but I hope it wont be necessary.
